Most works are pre-ordered. This means they will only be printed and framed after you have ordered them online. The framed works are placed between acid-free tissue paper, wrapped in bubble wrap, provided with corner protectors, and placed in sturdy cardboard. Customs and import duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs. • Photographic works on paper: printed on high-quality fine art paper • Standard frame: gallery frame, color black, material: wood with UV-resistant museum glass and hanging corners. • Standard passepartout frame: With this frame, the photo lies close to the glass, but is still separated by the passepartout in between. The passepartout is 2 mm thick. • Works on brushed aluminum are provided with a hanging frame (large works) or supplied hanging hooks. ======================================= • Artworks on paper: printed on high-quality fine art paper. • Standard frame: black wooden edge frame, 1.5 cm, with UV-resistant museum glass. • Standard passepartout frame: artwork is placed close to the glass with a 2 mm passepartout in between. • Artworks on brushed aluminum include a hanging frame on the back (large artworks), or supplemented suspension hooks

Returns You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You must then return the artwork within 14 days of cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. As the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. How to return an artwork: Step 1: Contact us at info@vaalnature.art and indicate that you want to return the artwork. You will then receive a return form at the email address you provided. Step 2: Return the artwork, in its original packaging and properly packed, within 14 days of your cancellation. The artwork will only be accepted if it is returned in its original condition and with the original packaging. We will then refund the order amount due to the account number you provided within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product is received on time and undamaged. Return Exceptions • Artworks will not be exchanged for another work. • Works that have been removed from their original frame will not be returned. • Works delivered unframed (prints) and that have been folded, painted on, drawn on, cut into, or otherwise damaged after delivery will not be returned. What to do when the work is delivered damaged: Step 1: take a picture of the damaged package Step 2: send an email with a picture of the damaged package to info@vaalnature.art Step 3: keep the original packaging Step 4: You will be contacted about further steps.
