I found inspiration for this piece in White Sands National Park in southwestern New Mexico. I love natural forms, so I go all out with my camera. Close-ups, landscape overviews, I capture everything while wandering through this bizarre area.

In the entire series 'Hope,' including 'Desert Solitaire,' I explore the impact of overwhelming nature on human well-being.⁠
